Help Incoming Call default to Speaker Phone

When ever my wife gets a call on her TB it defaults to the speaker phone. We have both poked around in the settings for the phone and can't find any way to change this behavior. she can use the icon on the call screen to get it back to using the "normal" mode, but it is kind of an annoyance for her.

I don't have a list of the apps she has installed, but nothing seemed to jump out at me as a possible culprit.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change this behavior?

I think a little while back go sms pro was causing this, but that app has been updated to fix this already. If she has this app installed check to see if there is an update available for the app.

Thanks for the lead, but it didn't pan out. She does have GO SMS installed, but it is up to date.

Any other suggestions?

The only other suggestion I can offer is to factory reset the phone.

Yikes! Drastic....effective I'm sure though.

I'll run this past her, but have a feeling she'd rather live with the inconvenience.

settings> sound> make sure that "flip for speaker" isn't enabled.
