Incoming call popup screen after call

I don't know why, but In the last days, I got an annoying popup with a lot of ads after ending a call or missed call. I already Uninstalled all the last apps and I don't think it's a free app issue.
Any suggestions?

some sort of adware app has been installed. i would delete all your apps and start over. or you can do a factory reset.
