Incoming call rejected

Yesterday while having an OnStar issue the rep needed to call my cell phone to follow up. Three attempts and my Droid Turbo only rang 1 time for each call. I thought maybe a bad connection but looking in the call log shows "rejected" on all three calls.

I've never seen that before and don't remember any settings to reject calls. Any thoughts as to what happened?

I don't see anything in settings to disable caller ID. Why would that cause calls to be rejected?

I don't know the answer to that question, but go into settings / apps, slide to "all", find "Caller Name ID" and tap it. There should be a disable button - tap that.

It would be interesting to know if that solves the problem.

All I know is that I had this Caller ID app on my new Droid Turbo, I missed several calls and called a buddy of mine and he told me to disable that app. I never used it anyway so I am not sure why it was on.
