Help Incoming calls don't ring, go directly to voicemail. Ce

No ring. Incoming calls go to voicemail. No indicator of call nor voicemail. Carrier says all's well from their end. Their sending new sim to reset voicemail. Geek Squad appt not for days. Ideas?

was this all of a sudden? after an update? its either a software issue or hardware issue? who is your carrier?

hopefully the new sim card will fix the issue.

Thank you. I tried Moto/Lenovo's support software. It was useless. Got on the phone with support & fixed. Cleared storage in 2 places. Found that DND had been activated. No idea how. Reset that. It works now.
