Help Incoming Calls, problems

Im a newbie here, and I did a search and found nothing. My problem is, when someone calls me they cannot hear me or they can barley hear me and they hear everything in the back ground. Is there something wrong with my phone or is something on that I dont know, again Im a newbie and do not know much about the phone. Thanks for any help.

Haven't heard of this issue before, so it's probably something to do with your phone. How long have you had it for? And since when did this problem appear?

Ive had it for a couple of months, and its being going on for about a month and a half. I havent had time to take it back to Verizon, my work has been crazy busy. I was hoping it was a setting or something simple to change.
