Help Incoming SMS and Email do not vibrate

I have all the vibrate setting turned on, alas incoming SMS and Email do not vibrate....:confused:
 
You have to check the settings in the individual email/sms app. Global vibrate settings dont always filter down.
 
I have the D2G and i have all settings (In Text Message, Gmail, and sound settings) that im aware of to vibrate but still no vibration for my emails or text messages.
