incomming call locker

I'm using the ZTE Warp with Go Launcher SteamPunk Themes (Keyboard, dialer, contacts and SMS) and Go Locker Alien X. When I first boot the phone I get the factory locker then the Alien X locker directly after that. Then throughout the day occasionally the factory locker comes up again. Another issue I'm having is when I get a call, the factory incoming call screen comes up and I can't for the life of me find where to change it.

Any ideas?
