Within the last week, my Fascinate has been acting odd in the USB department. There are times when it is plugged into the charger (not the computer) that it shows the "USB connected" icon. Similarly, there are times when it is plugged into the computer when it shows the "USB connected" icon, but it will NOT appear as mounted on the computer.
I've done nothing differently; I've not changed any settings. The old (pre-Froyo update - I'm currently on 2.2.2) "fixes" using the Terminal (I'm on a Mac) don't seem to work either.
The problem presents itself regardless of whether I use the Samsung cable, or a third-party cable (which I have at work).
Very annoying, as I can't transfer any files.
Ideas?
