Apps Increasing API 11 to 13 or more for eclipse

Hye guys...I have a problem regarding API issue.. I am now creating android application which need to run for API 13..Im using Eclipse version 3.6.2.. the problem is, my Eclipse only has max API 11..I want to increase it to API 13..Does anyone has any suggestion on way to do it ??..really appreciate it...tq..

You need to download the platform tools and sdk for that platform via the Android sdk downloader tool.
