I did for 12 days, then returned the RAZR. The size of it (Width, not height or depth)just wasn't for me, so I went back to my Inc2.
The Razr is infinitely better reception wise, at my desk where I'm in and out of 1 bar 3G with my Inc2, I was getting 3-4 bars of 3G. Avoided using 4G at all because if you think that the battery on the Inc2 is bad (many others complain, I'm quite content) the Razr's battery was atrocious. I'd be below 15% by 4 PM with very little usage. My Inc 2 gets to about 50% at 4 PM with the same usage.
Also, the speaker on the Inc2 is terrible, I'd take the speaker on the Razr any day of the week.
Speed wise it's pretty much a given that the Razr is a beast compared to the Inc2 which is no slouch itself.
Didn't really play with the camera at all, but I'm a little impartial towards the quality that the HTC cameras give me.
