Help incredible deleting media content

Sigh I've had the dinc since the release date and it's been randomly and consistently deleting my pictures and my videos. I do back up up my stuff when i get the chance to but it's fairly annoying to have stuff you haven't backed up yet to be missing. As anyone else had this issue and is there a fix for it ? Also does anyone know if this is an Android problem or phone problem ?

That is a problem I've neither experienced or read about. Are you saving your media to the phone or to your SD card? If to the SD card you might make certain the card is functional. Beyond that.. I haven't a dang clue. Wish I could be of some help.
