Help incredible dialer has gotten smaller?

My husband complained this morning that his dialer on the incredible has gotten smaller than it originally was. Has anyone here noticed a change?
I told him that it must have happened with an update, but he hasn't updated lately, that he is aware of.

I think I remember a while back someone else mentioning that, but I never noticed a difference when I updated my phone or wife's to the latest release.

Has he tried shutting down and pulling the battery? Or clearing the data for the dialer app?

That happened to me. I believe doing a "restart" corrected the problem.
