Help Individual ring tones

Can not get the individual ring tones to work. I set it per contact and then it uses the default ringtone when someones calls

How did you set the ringtones? If you used an app, you might try setting one manually. You might also make sure that if these are custom ringtones that the media files are in a folder called "ringtones".
