What types are the different contacts (Google, Phone or SIM)?

My guess is that you'll find the 3 with extra options will be Phone or Google contacts, and the ones with fewer options will be stored in the SIM. It's many years since I used my SIM to store contacts, but the SIM can't store much information for each contact so they are likely to be more limited.

I have it with all. Always did. TMOUS, but Nexus 4 bought from Google, and now running CM 11. I had Samsung phones before and had the option. Even with an old RIZR and BB Pearl Flip. Even used separate ringtones on old Motorola Flips using BitPim. The now defunct Nokia 6085 also did the same.
That would say mostly the phone.

Thank you Hadron, its real easy when you know how isn`t it?
Most things are ;)

Seriously, it was a guess because I've never used SIM contacts with Android. But as SIM storage hasn't changed since it was introduced in the 1990s (when a contact was just 1 name, 1 number, nothing else), and Android generally assumes you will import your contacts to the phone it seemed a likely explanation.
