Root Indulge freezes after being on for 8 hours +

So I recently installed AnyCut to turn off my 4g when I don't need it to save battery life. It's working great, as I'm getting 8 to 12 hours out of a charge where I used to be lucky to get 5. The problem I'm having is that after about 8 hours, my phone locks up and I have to do a hard reboot. Anyone else had this problem/know what the issue could be?

I'm running Electric Sheep / Basix. I was overclocked to 1.2 but scaled back to 1.0 thinking that may be the issue, but the problem is still happening.

Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!

are you using task manager to kill unused apps after you're done with them? You should. and the miracle here is that you're getting 8-12 hrs on a battery. even with 4g off, i'm lucky to get 6

task manager to kill unused apps

Task managers are useless, as someone who actually codes for Android. You have no real reason to use them, if an activity is interrupted by something such as a task manager, it starts right back up once killed. And it keeps on going until it's done.

This.

OP, you probably have a bad app going. Remove it.

well since we are on the topic of app developing perhaps one of ya devs could make a better app than advanced task killer? im sure that would really useful.
