Help Indulge

Hello! I'm new here. I have had my galaxy indulge for a month and a half. I really love it when it isn't giving me problems. I've had problems with it since I got got it! I have had it reprogrammed and they did something else, idk what. So I have problems getting and staying in 4G. And up by my house a lot of times I can't even get 1x. Its really frustrating b/c I use navagation and web a lot! I never had problems with it on my old phone which was a sumsung finesse, which was not an android phone. Also my phone freezes up a lot. And sometimes my screen won't work and I will have to leave it alone for a few minutes. I was wondering if anyone else has had these issues or knows anything about? Thanks

i would do a factory Reset/Restore and see if that fix's the problem

Sorry Make sure you BACK UP ALL APPS on your phone that you have installed before the reset/restore

If that doesn't work, you'll definitely need to get a new phone. Wish you'd posted earlier, so you could have just exchanged it at the store for free under 30 days. Now you'll have to wait or pay for a replacement cause it's going to come from samsung..

Let me know if they come up with a fix for it, other then just trading it out. Cause I am having the same problem and will be going onto my 3rd indulge in less then 4 months if they just do a trade for me.
