Help Infinity Can't Connect to Secured Wifi

My new Infinity can't connect to a secured wireless network. However, it can connect to an unsecured network. When I select my wireless network and enter the password that I'm 100% sure is correct nothing happens. It doesn't show acquiring an IP or anything, It just shows the network as being secured still. I've tried the following:
1. Tried two different routers. I can connect to these routers with 2 different Android phones as well as my laptops.
2. Tried WEP, WPA, WPA2 and no go.
3. Tried WPS that the Infinity supports with my Netgear WNDR500 and no go.
4. I don't have MAC filtering or anything other than basic security.
5. I reset the routers to default and set them up again and no go.
I've googled my problem and have found no solutions. At this point I'm convinced that it's a problem with my Infinity. The tablet has the latest firmware.
Before I return it to Future Shop and get a replacement does anyone have any ideas? Maybe I'm overlooking something but I think I've tried everything. On a better note, other than the wireless problem this tablet rocks.

Have you tried rebooting the router? Seems odd, I know, that the tablet is the only device that cannot connect and the problem would be on the router, but I've seen stranger.

If a router reboot doesn't fix it, try a tablet reboot after. This will clear out DHCP and any cache problems with wifi.

Last ditch attempt would be to factory reset the tablet. If it's still a no-go, then try returning it.

The routers were rebooted as well reset to default and no difference.

I rebooted the tablet numerous times and did a factory reset twice and still the same thing. :-(

At this point I'm sure it's the tablet but.........

Took the Infinity back to Future Shop but they didn't have any in stock to replace it. Money refunded.
Went to Canada Computers and picked one up. They let me try connecting to their network before leaving the store and it worked fine. Got home and connected to my network with no problem.
It was a weird problem but I'm glad it's resolved. Loving this tablet right now!
