Yeah, the info I've found on this forum has been great, it really has helped me with the purchase of my next smart phone. Had it not been for the suggestions and the info you all get from your sources, I would have just bought the Spirit a few months back. Although a great phone, I'm now in line waiting for the GS4. Thank you all and all your inside sources :D


Can't wait to upgrade phones from my LG Optimus M+ to the Samsung Galaxy S4. That should be a fun experience for me :D

Yeah I noticed that, tampa boyz have always delivered and we got people in here putting a question mark on things we say we have proven that we don't say things for the sake of saying it but many are unappreciated in here
 
So soon! I havent gotten tired of my s3 yet! It should keep me good till the new note...i just hope the screen is as good as the s4 and batt life is up to par..
 
Crazy news but as we all now know the leak for this "fire sale" was spot on and at 9:30am central time i ordered the Galaxy S Lightray 4G (or Ashtray 4G lmao i love that) just because of the instant $360 rebate/discount! I predicted to myself, that being at that price it cant be all that bad of a phone, it would sell out by the end of the week! Well periodically through the day I checked Metro's webstore and as of 6:10pm central time the Galaxy S Lightray has finally made history and sold out as the site has it as "in store" now! My prediction was way off, lol, a week turned into a day! Just thought you guys could not only laugh at me actually buying one but also that the discount actually sold the damn thing out finally! Makes me remember the fire sale on the HP WebOS tablet a couple years ago and how I had just missed out on that!
 
geez i was thinking of grabbing the lightray as an emergency or a replacement phone for my dad. He has the connect now but even at $99 and in store only. Hell no.
 
I thought the same to get one for my mom but she's happy with the connect I want to say the connect will be snappier than this dinosaur I think the only nice thing about the ashtray is the amoled screen.

Edit she has the motion :)
 
seriously the lightray is a joke, you could have bought a samsung admire for 25 bucks overclocked it to 1ghz and it would have been faster and had more rom support.

should anyone else feel the desire to burn 100 bucks, buy a 25 dollar phone and send me the other 75. youll still be out 100 bucks but at least one of us will feel good about the deal.. :P
 
Well here in Shreveport i use AT&T Gophone 4GLTE and MetroPCS 4GLTE and I already dropped $450 on the $600 Galaxy S4 Active, I figured I'd get it just because, lol!

I was thinking maybe it would of dropped to $40 like the craft did but damn $99 and people where buying it. I can see a lot of bitching coming this way about the horrible phone those people just bought.
