Help Info standby Huawei Watch

Packo72

Lurker
Hi, at Christmas I received this wonderful SmartWatch.
When accesnione, I would not be wrong, I think I saw a screen asking how long the s were to go into standby after a certain period of inactivity. If I'm right I put 15 minutes.
The question is, does anyone know how to change or disable this stand? Since it is really uncomfortable then the clock off the screen. The clock is beautiful especially with the screen saver.
Obviously this feature is not to be confused with "always on screen" which is different [this is already active].
Thank you

I don't see a setting for that anywhere. Do you remember if you set it on the watch itself or on the Wear app on your phone?

the SmartWatch goes into standby after 15 minutes and turns off the screen. How can I disable this feature?

I'm not able to find that option anywhere either, nor do I remember seeing it any of the times I've set up the watch (I do a lot of switching phones, so lots of factory resets on the watch).

Could it have been offered by an app or face that you installed?

It solved thanks to help from another forum:

I found this on the subject, it says 30 minutes though. Perhaps there is a time adjustment in app wear? If it is as you mentioned the first time you've chosen synchronized to 15, may have to forget and re-sync to choose again? Tip: Leave the screen turns off when you are not using the clock will help improve battery life. If the clock has not moved for 30 minutes, the screen turns off, even if you have it set to always be on. To reactivate the clock, tilt, or press the power button.

So that would explain why I notice the screen going off when I put the Watch on its charger, even when I forget to double-tap the crown to put it into theater mode. Good to know. :)
