Infotmic Pad Problem

I recently won an Infotmic Android 2.2 pad from an arcade in the USA. I am not sure the model name or number, but it displays the Infotmic logo on the start up splash screen.

Unfortunately, it will not function at all. When it turn it on, the word ANDROID appears on the screen with a blinking cursor and it is not possible access the pad menu. I have pressed the "Menu" button many times, but nothing happens. I have also tried several times to press the "Reset" button, but it still does not operate.

Can anyone please help me? Is there any way to make this pad operate correctly?

I tried to return it to the arcade last night, but since I won it in a Keymaster game and didn't buy it with tickets, they consider it a "vending machine item" and they would not refund or exchange it. The kid who works there actually suggested I try to "rip somebody off on eBay" Classy joint.

I think the problem is resolvable and that you don't need to get rid of that device. It's just a matter of getting some documentation and/or posted reports about it.

The Infotmic seems to be related to the Flytouch. I'd suggest you post in our Flytouch forums (there are two) here:

as a starting point. Please don't post in each of those; just pick one and see how it goes, perhaps a user there will send you to the other Flytouch forum.
