Infuse in flight mode

My Infuse 4G keeps jumping in and out of flight mode. Is this a hardware or software problem? Called the tech people and they couldn't help. I am being sent to the corporate store about this. Does anyone think it might be firmware. Has anyone had this problem? Was it solved? Thanks.
 
What causes "mobile network not available" Is this a software or hardware problem? Can access internet via wifi. Phone has been hard reset several times and flashed at ATT repair center. Think it might be hardware issue?
