Root Init.d?

Okay so I installed init.d support using pimp my ROM... What exactly do I do from here? What are the possibilities?

int. Folder is made to run scripts from boot. Search for some either on XDA or Android forums theres some to boost memory management or even to enable beats audio just read and understand what your installing on your phone and how to install it before you try to do anything. Good luck
