Seidio is WELL known for inflating the rating on the batteries they sell. They also REFUSE to disclose the Mfr of the cells because they use cheap no-name brand.

Stick with OEM 2150mah battery if you want an extended version.
 
Inflated does not mean they are not usable.... So what if its 1600 vs 1750. Still more than the 1300 in the phone.

Nearly every battery vendor stretches the truth a bit. The 2150 is also rumored to require a new case, thus many cases and holsters may not work. Sorry the 1750 is the better choice if you factor in all the variables.
 
I can confirm 2150 does come with a new case. I just got off the phone ordering a new phone, and asked about it. Theyre not in stock, but do ship with a new case. $59.99
 
When the 3500mah battery is released for the Incredible (Seidio Sites says comming soon) it will come with a new back, right now the batteery will work but there isn't a back that fits it yet.

If battery life is super important to you , go for it . I think it's only $10 more (The same battery with back for eris is $69.99) then the 2150 for almost 50% more capacity. I think I'm going to get the 2150 because right now my 1300 is lasting me easily thru the day and sometimes 1.5days on moderate use. If I can use the battery heavy and still get 1.5-2 days I'll be super happy

It comes with a new BACK. If it came with both a back and a silicone case I'd buy it in a heart beat. Same with the Seido extended battery. First company that actually has a case for an extended battery and then I buy the battery and the case.

Just receievd my new 2150 battery AND back cover that came with it. Ordered it through Verizon. I also ordered a new beautiful hard silicone cover for it that fits snuggly and securely from HTCPedia.

Extended Battery Fit Hard Rubber Cases for HTC Incredible

The phone is just a tad thicker but only at the battery compartment. Still looks sleak and sassy and the advantage of having a larger battery for me outweighs the small amount of added weight. I am a happy camper..
