Help Input lag

All of a sudden, I'm getting tremendous lag when using the KB. It happens on both Swiftkey and built-in AOSP kb. Running CM12s. Is this a known issue or is a factory reset in-order?

It's also "swiping" words when I don't want to "swipe"

I'd try clearing the cache partition first and if that doesn't work yeah a factory reset is probably in order

Did you receive your update as an OTA update? Personally, I would go into Manage Apps and clear the cache for the keyboard(s) to see if that works. If not, rather than factory reset, I would make an nandroid backup and do a clean install with the CM12s provided by OnePlus. I always use a factory reset as my last resort.

I did wipe cache in recovery and that seemed to help for a little bit. I figured a factory reset was the next step. Looks like there's threads upon threads upon threads of this issue on the OPO forums.
