Root Insanity/rom manager

Hi all.im a noob.but downloaded rom manager premium in order to have access to custom roms.
However when I look to see what eoms are avaiable all I see is insanity.

I would like to try this rom but it says that my hardcores kernal is incompatable...

What should I do? feel thst rom manager premium is a scam

Because no Galaxy S developers upload their roms onto rom manager. You have to download them from XDA instead.
