How do you insert the micro sd card into the back? I see the part which says "micro sd" but there's a metal piece blocking the area. Do I need to take this back to metro to have it unlocked?

no you slide it into the metal sleeve just like you did the micro sim card. there should be a lil slot under that metal piece that lets you slide it right on in there.
