Inspire banned by ITC?

so lately there's been some hubub about Apple vs the world (AKA android users:D), especially ITC (US international trade court) ruling that all HTC phones running android 1.6 to 2.2 are infringing on a copyright. while there's a decent chance that the ruling is overturned, or that HTC may simply modify the OS with a sense update (unlikely, since it's a key feature), in the event that it isn't, will the Inspire be within this ban? although it has a 2.3 upgrade (which i am using- haven't had any glitches yet), it's shipped 2.2.

the paraphrased ruling stated that HTC infringed on a copyright where users could tap on email addresses or phone number in text and directly go to dial them, rather than having to copy and paste them. pretty much like in SMS messages if someone texts you a link, you can tap on it and instantly go there. pretty difficult for HTC to change. Also, pretty much every other major smart phone producer does that too.

so is the inspire banned? because if it is i better start stockpiling ammunition (jk):D:D

In another thread someone said AT&T is already considering inspire to be end of life, probably not going to be any froyo inspires on any ATT shelves anywhere when this takes effect.
