Help Inspire: How to Sync to Outlook?

Hi, all-

I've installed Sync on my PC and have been able to sync my music and WMP playlists to my Inspire, but when I try to sync my contacts from Outlook, it doesn't appear to be working.

In the lower left corner of Sync I see a msg saying my contacts are syncing, but then I can't find them on my phone.

I'm assuming they would show up under People. Is this correct? The only entry in people is a card titled ME.

Is there anything special I need to do in Outlook to make the sync happen?

With my iPhone, I would import my contacts into Outlook from a CSV, then sync my phone, no problem.

Any thoughts on what I'm not doing or am doing wrong?

Oh, yeah, I forgot to ask one more question: I only have 3.2MB of storage available on my phone.

Could this keep my contacts from syncing?

I don't think they would fill up the rest of the storage, I only have a few hundred contacts.
