Help Instagram issues on the S5

Loving my S5, however I'm having a couple issues using Instagram. The biggest issue being the camera does not allow me to tap to focus while filming video. Pictures focus fine, but video it seems to be stuck focused on infinity. All i get is a red out of focus box when I tap the screen. The 2nd issue is that the app seems to crash more often than when I used it on the S4... Anyone else having similar problems?

Same issue with focusing while recording video for me as well. I just tested it on my S3 and it works fine. Also, Instagram has been force-closing a lot on my S5 as well. Maybe its an issue with versions running on KitKat though.
