Help Instagram not working

I take a photo on instagram and the app freezes and quits.

Does anybody know what's wrong?

Works fine here. Did you try clear data, uninstall and reinstall.

Same prob here. Reading through the reviews on the play store it's a common problem. Hopefully it will be fixed with the update.

I've got instagram to take photos by holding the capture button rather than pressing it. The latter seems to crash it often.

Yeah, this actually sometimes happens to me too but not often enough to bug me. It actually happens on my wife's iphone version too.
