Help Install ActiveSync ?

Can you please provide any idea to install active sync and sycing this phone with the PC.
when I attach this phone with PC, automatically a window opens, by the name Mobile Partner and in there, 2 folders extsts named document and drivers.

In the drivers folder, there is link to download activesync from microsoft.

I downloaded and installed the active sync software by when I am clicking on detect phone option in active sync, it says, no phones detected.

Can someone please help?

What is this ??? A little more info, please ?

Is this a windows exe from hauwei that will sync contacts/calendar etc ???

I think you will need third party solution such as:
Android Sync Software for HTC EVO, Nexus One, Droid, Hero and Other Android Phones
