install android 2.1 on sprint htc hero

is there a guide on how to install 2.1 on sprint hero? i already rooted the phone, is there anything that i need to do before i flash to 2.1?

Yea the rooting forum is the better area. That's where I went for instructions on rooting and flashing my hero
