install apps on another phone

i've had another phone recently and bought some apps for that which i want to install on my new phone.. is that possible or do I have to buy them again?

if it is possible.. how do I do that?

you can redownload em free. They should be under my apps in the market. If not search it by name

Yes, purchased apps are linked with the Google account and marked with "Purchased" if you look for "My apps"
