Help Install Kies without internet connection?

My Verizon S3 will not mount to my computer in a way that allows me to see the files on either the internal memory or SD card. The SD card was installed from my Fascinate (Galaxy S) without reformatting.

I tried various mounting tips and searching for answers. It looks installing Kies on my computer might work. I'm running XP Pro SP 3, but without an internet connection. When I ran the KiesSetup.exe, it failed due to lack of internet connection.

Is there a complete Kies install that does not require internet to load?

Im not sure, i dont know much about desktops but doesnt your pc have a card-reader?

No - not the PC. I have a USB adapter for my SD card so I can pull it out of my phone and read it on my computer. That was enough of a pain with the Fascinate when I had to remove the Body Glove, remove the back, and unmount the card. If I get my Otterbox for my S3, I really don't want to have to go through all that.

If I can download a complete install, I can put it on a thumb drive or DVD to get it on my PC. Or that's the hope, anyways!!
