Root Install manager

I found this Install Manager in the Android Market which claims to be able to force move internal memory apps to sd card without using a second partition.

Has anyone tried this app??

Is this possible?
Is it safe to use this app?
Can it move complete apps to sd or in parts?

Sounds ideal but only works on rooted phones

well if u got gingerbread, rooting is just a tap away.....and so is unrooting
