I'm not sure what you're saying here, since you don't specify WHAT the problem is. I can't guess at it other than the microSD card can't read or write in the phone. It is entirely possible that the card either needs formatted in the phone; or if you have been using the card in the phone and it just stopped working, your card may be faulty. Try another card.
