ROMs install rom without rom manager

Do you know of other options how to install the rom if the phone is not installed rom manager?

hay! My phone huawei ascend y530 stuck in recovery screen.Do you know of other options how to install the rom if the phone is not installed rom manager. please help me if you can!
 
If twrp is a option but that is another custom recovery. Did you have the app on the device to update to a current version . the unbrick is a real pain in the a:eek:
 
If you have a custom recovery you can install a custom rom to fix it if a recovery keeps rebooting try to install twrp it doesnt reboot into recovery
