How do i make android install apps to the internal SD card instead of the internal storage?

Most phones no longer have this capability. In this case, you'll likely need to root. I've never rooted for the sake of moving apps to the SD, so I can't tell you exactly how this works.
To verify if your phone can to this, simply go to your phone's settings, then select apps/applications, and select any app that is installed. If there's a "Move to SD" button, your phone can do this (and if the button is there but greyed out, it simply means that THAT application cannot be moved).
