Installation of CM7 backside on my HTCtouch pro2 tmobile usa

I want to congratulate u guys. i am a huge fan. U guys are great. i mean with what i have seen here. Because of this i got myself a new htc touch pro 2 by t-mobile, but can someone please give me the step by step procedures i can use to install the new CM7 backside rom on my new htc touch pro2 by t-mobile, i want to change my phone from windows to andriod. I will also want to know if all the features such as wireless, bluetooth, fm radio, music etc are working just fine. Thank you. Awaiting your reply!
