Installed app from apk file, no icon

Hi all,

So I have downloaded and installed the following apk file on my Nexus tablet
https://code.google.com/p/unflobtactical/

I can see the app running when I go to Settings > Apps.
However, there is no visible icon that I can use to launch the app.

I tried to install using a file explorer (ES File Explorer) and an apk installer (Easy Installer), with no avail.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Thanks,

I checked the link mate. It seems legit
Im not gona try downloading it though lol sorry op

The link is safe. I don't think Google allows enough freedom with those pages to put anything harmful on them. That's not to say that using the APK would be safe, of course.

I suspect that the OP didn't get it from Google Play because it's open source and can be legally acquired for free if you're willing to deal with sideloading.

OP, try this:
1. Open ES File Explorer
2. Menu -> Tools -> App Manager
3. Tap it there and then tap Open

Thanks a lot, your suggestion worked.
I even found a way to create a shortcut:

3. Long tap to select app
4. click "More" on bottom right
5. click "Add to desktop"
