Root Installed Gingerbreak and rooted optimus v now what ?

Hey guys I just need to know what commands to type in command prompt to back up and then delete bloatware apps on my optimus v?

I finally got my phone rooted with superuser status.

If you're rooted and running well, and using Link2SD, you can click on any of the apps and uninstall (see pinned bloatware thread above). I used App Quarantine to move apps to make sure there was no negative effect before uninstalling completely.
