Help Installing Android 4.4.2 rom

Hello everybody

I have a low-cost touch pad that i have brought for my daughter , and i want to install android 4.4.2 in it , i can't access to the device that i can enable debugging USB or root it , it will stuck in android logo (i haven't made a backup)

So i downloaded few roms , and tried to install it (by pushing the power + up volume button) but it's always failed
Please guys i would be so grateful if someone have the solution , my daughter is crying right now cause she can't enjoy it

For the info : it's a videojet kidspad 4 (i know it's not very popular)

I did a search about that tablet and I saw that it has Android 4.4

So do you mean that your device has Android 4.4.0 and you want to update it with Android 4.4.2?
 
It's important to note that ROMs are very specific, each one applies only for the device it's made for. They are not interchangeable and there isn't a generic ROM that works on different hardware configurations/models. You need to use the factory ROM for your Videojet KidsPad 4, I wouldn't work on updating it but focus more on just restoring it to its original condition. In that collection of ROMs you have hopefully one of them is the 4.4 OEM ROM.
Looking up the hardware specs for that tablet it only has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of storage so also keep in mind that's a minimal amount of memory resources, it simply has limitations to being upgraded. It might be best to leave it on 4.4 and since it does have microSD card slot, get a card and use it to store as much data as you can on the card. The 4 GB of internal storage will fill up quickly.

No i didn't want to upgrade (i remember very well that the version has) but since i couldn't resotre it , i've decided to install a new rom
The cause of this problem is that i unistalled the kidspad OS (it limit play store access) and made a hard reset after it that why it's stuck in andoird logo
And also since it's for kids , there's no info for rom about it
I only tried custom roms , where can i find the OEM rom ? or can i dump my rom and added that kidspad OS (i have the apk of it ?
 
I'm not familiar with this make or model of this tablet and finding anything extensive on it online isn't working out very well (everything requires translation) so I'm sorry I can't be more helpful -- your daughter's tears add a lot to this issue. For a lot of devices an OEM ROM is available on the manufacturer's web site, which I'm having problems even determining. Can you contact the manufacturer if the proper ROM is available, or take it back to where you purchased it from to have them reload it for you?
 
Try to press and hold all the buttons (Power + Volume up + Volume down) for a while to see if you can boot into recovery menu, the method might be slightly different from device to device, but on the majority of Android powered devices you should see some activities on the screen after pressing and holding all those buttons for a while.

Keep trying.
