Installing .apk files.

I have a rooted simple touch and had sideloaded apk files in the past which I then installed as apps. Now when I tap any apk file in order to install it I get "PDF to go - Error opening file. It appears to be damaged." I tried to locate the PDF to go app and delete it, but I can't find anything with that name. What Gives???

Try to clear the defaults on the app in your Manage Apps menu. Sounds like the wrong program is being run when you click an Apk, it should use "Package Installer."
