Installing apps Not on Internal Storage

I have a Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 Single Sim phone.
Its internal memory sucks , just 190 MB.
So you can see what I go through while installing new apps. Its the same disgusting feeling which I get with my 160 GB HDD laptop :D.

So I was wondering whether there is any method to install/move apps to my 8 GB SD card? And if there is then would installing a new app won't affect the internal phone storage at all because I followed the steps given here :
howtogeek[dot]com/114667/how-to-install-android-apps-to-the-sd-card-by-default-move-almost-any-app-to-the-sd-card/

and they don't seem to work. Still when I installed many new apps I got an error of Insufficient Phone Storage.

Help me please!

Apps cannot be completely installed on SD card. Part of the system files will still be installed on the phone itself. As it is, the Galaxy Y is a low end device and not designed for installation of too many apps. The hardware is too weak to handle many apps which is why it is only given a limited storage.

The wife's Wildfire S has the same problem but I rooted it and installed 'Data2sd'. This makes the phone think that a special partition on the SD card is part of the phone's memory. You need a fast sd card and I have no idea if there is a version that will work on your phone.
