Installing Apps on Galaxy Tab

I would like to ask anybody on how to install apps on galaxy tab coz everytime i try to install an application from my sd card it always say that Load BIOS failed. The BIOS file must be specified in the settings. any one pls help i tried to download different file manager but still same problem. thanks...

I've never run across that error before. Could you elaborate on the steps you take to get the file and then install it?
