Accessories Installing New Battery

Just out of curiosity, when you install a new extended battery on the phone, are there any settings you need to reset/refresh on the phone for it to identify the new battery?

I put in my new 1750 and it works great. I do anything other than take out the old one and put in the new one.

Nope. Pull old one out, put new one in.

before you put the new one in.. power off the device completely.. put the new battery in and put it on the wall charger overnight.
