Help Insufficient internal storage space

I have only 8gb of internal storage space on my boost mobile lg volt, and a 32gb sd card. How can i move some of my internal storage to my sd card?? Also, under miscellaneous storage, I have a "systems data" storage of 4.92 gb, can i safely remove this from my phone?? Or can i somehow move it to my sd card??

Systems data can't be moved. Trying to do so would brick the phone.

You can try moving apps to SD, but they won't all move, and those that do will only partially move.
