Root Insufficient storage available when installing apps

Lurker
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE running Cyanogenmod 11. For the last week I've been receiving this error when trying to download apps in google play. The main apps I'm having issues with are Facebook, Instagram, and AVG Anti Virus.

I have 8gb free, so there should be no reason these apps won't download.

I've googled this issue and completed every solution suggested from deleting large apps, using cache cleaning apps. I've honestly tried everything. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated as I hate using third party apps for Facebook etc. And also want to be able to update my anti virus. It's starting to get really frustrating.

Hi there, mickb83, and welcome to Android Forums. :)

I've moved your post to its own thread in the Galaxy S3 LTE All Things Root forum, where fellow owners of the device can offer specific help.

Thanks Moodyblues.

I've actually found a solution thanks to a post on google+.

Go into the root directory, find the data folder then the app-lib folder and delete the folder of the app that is not loading. Then download the app from the play store. Works a charm.
