Hi Everyone...
I am rooted running MikG 3.x ROM on my phone. Have had this setup for a while...been stable with few quirks but fine.
Recently I've had trouble updating two apps...Swype with Dragon and Google Search receiving an "insufficient storage" message during the attempt.
Here's my Titanium Overview storage info:
Swype is about 17MB and I think Google Search might be a little bit bigger.
I was able to install Swype by UNINSTALLING first with Titanium and then reinstalling. I had the most success pushing the install from the Play store rather than through my phone.
QUESTIONS...
First, what is causing this and how can I avoid it in the future?? Since I'm rooted and have Apps2SD running in the ROM I should (and do not) have a "space issue"??
Secondly, I was considering uninstalling Google Search and then reinstalling HOWEVER it is a System App and I didn't quite want to screw around uninstalling that if I didn't have to...
Thanks!!
