Help Insufficient Storage

I'm having trouble downloading apps from the Market. It keeps saying "Insufficient Storage", but my SD card shows 3.68GB free, & Internal has 58.27MB free. I don't seem to have anything on my SD card that I can tell. Is there a way to fix this?

Probably your cache folder is full... You can clean it up by using a file explorer, navigating to /cache and deleting its contents

I did try clearing the caches, but it still says I don't have enough storage...

What works for me is simply restarting it. until someone smarter finds a better way, that's how I'd do it.
